Very good communication from florist when item was not available

I ordered 'Get Well' flowers for a friend at 10.47 on a Saturday morning and at 13.08 I received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. A few minutes later. I received a thank you text from my friend with photographs of the beautiful flowers. When ordering online, it's difficult to know whether the real thing will be as nice as the pictures on a website but in this case it definitely was. I have another Kildare friend's birthday coming up later this month and I will be ordering again. A great service and honest advertising about what you are getting for your money.
